When you log in «HomeDepot» account, you gain access to a multitude of benefits and opportunities for shopping and home improvement. By signing up, you can conveniently track your orders, manage billing and card information, avail yourself of military discounts, and update your profile details.

Log in The Home Depot

To access, press on «My Account» in the top corner. In dropdown menu, select «Sign in» or go to portal: homedepot.com/auth.

  1. In the opened window, write e-mail in the field. Tap on Continue.
  2. Next step, you have the option to sign in without using a passcode. You will receive an email with a login code, such as: Here's one-time login code. Do not share this code with anyone. This code will expire in 15 minutes. One-time code 423079. Enter the code and tap on the Verify button.
  3. For the second method, write passcode and tap on Sign in.

Note! If you made a mistake in typing e-mail or if account doesn't exist, you will be redirected to a page for creating a new account.

Create an Account THD

On the homepage, tap on «My Account» and then select «Create», or go directly to: homedepot.com/auth/view/createaccount. Choose the type of registration:

Personal Account (shopping for myself)

  1. Click on Select & Continue.
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • E-mail (formatted as This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
    • Passcode

      • Attention!!! Passwords must contain a minimum of 9 characters and meet any three of the following criteria: Uppercase letter, Number, Lowercase letter, Special characters

    • Postal Code (5 characters)
    • Phone (Must be 10 digits)
  3. Check box to stay signed in and avoid entering information again if you are the sole user of the device.
  4. Check box to activate via your mobile phone number.
  5. Check reCAPTCHA box.
  6. Tap on Create an Account.

Next window, you can configure preferred notifications and tap on Subscribe, or click on Skip for now & Continue Shopping.

Pro Extra Account (shopping for business)

  1. Click on Select & Continue.
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Email Address (formatted as This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
    • Password

      • Attention!!! Passwords must contain a minimum of 9 characters and meet any three of the following criteria: Uppercase letter, Number, Lowercase letter, Special characters

    • Company Name
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone (Phone numbers must be 10 digits)
    • Company Address, where discounts will be sent.
  3. Select a Business or Trade.
  4. Check box to stay signed in and avoid entering your information again if you are the sole user of the device.
  5. Check reCAPTCHA box.
  6. Tap on Register for Pro Xtra.
